With your stay, you’ll have access to the Galena Territory Owners Club along with the best shopping, golf courses & restaurants in the tri-state area. The Country Store, an upscale convenience shop & gas station, is less than 5 minutes away.

This home features a king sized master bedroom with a private, attached bathroom. In the room you will find 40” smart tv and dedicated work station with a 24" office monitor, power strip and HDMI cable. In the closet you will find an iron and ironing board, booster seat and pack and play for any little ones that may be in your party. A high chair is located in the lower level closet. In case you have forgotten any personal items from home, we have provided a variety of items that can be found under the sink.

The second bedroom is on the lower level and includes a queen over queen bunk bed. There is an entrance directly into the bathroom, which is shared with any guests in the living room area. You will find extra personal items in the cabinet below the sink.

The kitchen is equipped with a combination drip coffee maker and nespresso machine with capsules. Small appliances include one toaster, can opener, hand mixer and Ninja blender. Dubuque’s own Verena Street coffee, Dunkin’s decaf, hot chocolate and a variety of teas are available for your choosing. You’ll love cooking with our Carote granite, non-stick cookware.

All beds in the home consist of white, brushed microfiber sheets, centium satin duvet covers and down alternative comforter inserts. Both sheets and duvets are washed after each and every stay.

We have also provided Bluetooth speakers and charging stations in each bedroom for your convenience.

We hope you find the washer, dryer, laundry detergent and dryer sheets handy when the laundry begins to pile up! The laundry room is also where you will find a countertop ice maker capable of producing 70lbs of ice per day as well as cooking oils and a variety of spices.

The bathrooms are also supplied with shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers.

The living area is comfy and cozy with an oversized sectional and 50” Roku TV, perfect for movie nights! We have provided board games and coloring books for the young and old.

For your safety, there is an exterior camera at the front door. The living room thermostat will display any motion detected and provides a real time image. There are no interior cameras in the home.

We love hosting and want to provide a stress free departure. At the end of your stay there are no tedious checkout instructions. We just ask that you leave all used beds unmade and lock the door. We will take care of the rest!
