- Spend an unforgettable few days at CASA MARESÍA. This spectacular penthouse is located in Gran Canaria, just 200 metres from Sardina Beach, a Blue Flag beach!
Sardina is considered one of the 10 best diving spots in Spain.
With a sun deck, outdoor shower, barbecue, and community pool, relax in the chill-out area and enjoy the spectacular sunsets with views of Mount Teide.
70 m² apartment with a 70 m² terrace. Master bedroom with a 135 cm bed, bedroom with two 90 cm beds, full bathroom with a tub, living-dining room, and kitchen.
It features a terrace with a chill-out area, a solarium with lounge chairs and an outdoor shower, a barbecue, a patio table and chairs, and a beach umbrella.
A very quiet area to unwind, with all amenities nearby (a convenience store 100 m away, a pharmacy, restaurants, etc.).
In addition, Sardina is considered one of the 10 best diving spots in Spain, as its crystal-clear, calm waters offer a true explosion of marine life, and diving is possible year-round. The Buceo Norte dive centre is located 100 metres from the house and offers spectacular guided dives.
