"This was our first trip to Istanbul, and I spent a long time researching and choosing the right hotel. I’m so glad I took my time, because my patience certainly paid off! From the moment we arrived, the staff were attentive, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Cin, the concierge, went above and beyond by giving us a personal tour of the Old City and the Egyptian Spice Market. This thoughtful touch made our stay even more special. The hotel also arranged a sunset cruise along the Bosphorus, which was absolutely phenomenal and a highlight of our trip. We had such a wonderful experience that we are already planning our return to Istanbul next year, and we will definitely be staying at Sansaryan Han again. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and a memorable Istanbul experience!"
