You were not able to provide us with a cancellation number or an email that is automatically generated, once a reservation is cancelled. After cursing out our staff and I, you threatened to write bad reviews about us, if you do not get your way. You also mentioned that you have a phone recording of you cancelling the reservation and our staff saying they cancelled your reservation. As I mentioned on the phone, please do share the recording with me and I will not only refund the reservation that was never cancelled, but I will gladly pay you an extra 100 to apologize for our mistake. Then you said, you can't find the recording right now and came up with another story why you should be refunded for a reservation that was never cancelled. My offer still stands, once you send in the recording or can provide us a cancellation number, we will gladly refund the charges for you. I also did offer, that even though we do not have your reservation being cancelled, and we held a room for you all night on a night we were sold out, we can provide you a certificate for a free night to be used at anytime within the next year. You can use the certificate for yourself or gift it to anybody you wish, which you declined.I am sure by reading our other reviews, you will see that we pride ourselves on providing exemplary guest services.
