It is in a quiet neighborhood complex, with the community being made up of many UF Health professionals, grad students and other VRBO guests. There are many trees in the neighborhood that give you the feeling of being in nature, but still near the heart of UF's Campus. There is a community pool within the complex that you can access for free at any time during your stay.

Super easy if needing access to the UF campus or the hospitals. The building was a bit hard to find the first night but overall a great stay.

I really can't say enough positive things about this VRBO experience. I have used the service quite a bit, and this one stood out for the fantastic communication, the value, cleanliness and comfort of the property and overall experience. The manager sent a good map to help in navigation, as the complex is laid our a little quirkily. Super helpful. The clear and concise instruction for check in and out was great. It was very comfortable and clean. If you need to be in Gainesville, near campus or the hospital, this would be a great property for you. Only other tips I'd pass along - Uber drivers mostly found it OK. My Instacart and other food deliveries had no trouble dropping off my orders. Next time, I will probably just rent a car though.
