"Great staff. Nicely laid out room. Couldn't hear neighbors, a bonus compared to last hotel we visited. Beds were comfy. Cat friendly! Porcelain portion of floor was great. Only downer was the luxury vinyl portion of floor was filthy. Not sure what they were cleaning it with but walking on it would make your foot soles or white socks sticky and dirty. We'd already set up all our cat stuff and covered chairs before we took off our shoes, so we sucked it up for two nights before letting management know. I'm certain they would have cleaned it from our first arrival experience when we called about a non-working phone and lamp. The engineer was up and had everything fixed in a flash. Would happily stay again."
