Wonderfully spacious home with plenty of seating for large gatherings.

The house was spacious and clean. Perfect for our group. The kuerig didn't work, but there was another coffee pot there. Nice to have condiments for coffee. The yard did need mowed very badly, and the outside trash cans were completely full. The positives definitely outweighed the negative and we would stay here again. Location was perfect for where we were playing in a tournament.

This was our second time renting the property. It was just as nice as the first. Great location close to everything you need in Gainesville. Highly recommend for families.

We really had an amazing experience! The home is beautiful, nicely upgraded and impeccably clean. We had a family emergency on our last day there and the host went above and beyond to make sure we were as comfortable as possible. Will definitely book again when in town.
