The room is always so clean. The staff are the nicest people around, they make you feel so comfortable. Every time we have visited Dawsonville we have stayed at this location and we will continue to stay with the good treatment we get.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was ok and staff was very helpful and friendly. However, if you stay on 1st floor and someone is above you it is very loud when they walk. Also have to constantly reconnect the internet on your phone and Roku. If you use a hairdryer you should bring your own. They supply one, but mostly just makes a LOT of noise.

The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. The hotel was conveniently located to many restaurants. We could not carry our luggage up the stairs so the manager upgraded us to a larger room that was a handicap accessible room.

Staff is always great and the breakfast is convenient but the hotel is kind of dirty. There’s been carpet torn up from the hall for over a year. The rooms are very damp feeling and have rust on metal surfaces. The floors in the room are always sticky feeling and hair in the bath towels

Great Stay!

From the friendly and professional service at the front desk to the very clean and comfortable room, I had a Wonderful and Comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend to a friend. Local area has plenty of great restaurant options.

Great place to stay

Very nice staff. The room was super quiet and very clean. Comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. Wonderul breakfast...several hot items as well as grab and go foods. It was pouring down rain when we arrived and left, they have a covered area by check in which was great to load and unload our stuff.

Better than expected

Way better than expected. AC was VERY good at keeping the room cool and the bed was quite comfortable with enough firmness so I didn't have the usual back ache. This is a well run and clean place.

The hotel is old, and the rooms really need to be renovated. The bathrooms had a lot of aged and worn areas, especially rust in the shower, and hairspray residue all over the bathroom door. For one night, it was fine. The bed was clean and comfortable, but there were stains on the top blanket. I don't sleep with that on the bed anyway. Staff was kind and helpful. Overall, my stay was average. For $130 for one night, i expected a bit more.
