Perfect for couples, families, or friends who want all the amenities with a touch of luxury.

Very quiet neighborhood that is also surprisingly close to all things Gainesville! This neighborhood is for people who want a relaxing, serene atmosphere.

Parking is easy and ample. This property has two driveways and street parking is also available in front of the home if needed.

Quiet neighborhood with Responsive Host

In Gainesville, it’s easy to find yourself trying to sleep in a loud neighborhood. A safe, quiet neighborhood is essential for a family or anyone with children. I had a very minor maintenance issue that wasn’t something the host could have anticipated. I sent a message before leaving for work and it was resolved before I reached from work. The game room is great. There is nothing to complain about and everything to rave about! A true pleasure to stay here.
