La Casa di Pietro is a charming holiday home, situated by the sea in the beautiful setting of Marina di Novaglie, a small village on the Adriatic coast, approximately 10 km from Santa Maria di Leuca.

Originally a fishermen's refuge, the house has been recently renovated while preserving the traditional Salento style, highlighting the iconic star vaults and the vibrant colors typical of the area.

Its main advantages are its proximity to the sea, easily reachable on foot, and the stunning view of the Novaglie bay, offering breathtaking landscapes and unforgettable moments. The house is air-conditioned and has an internet connection, making it also ideal for remote working.

THE HOUSE

La Casa di Pietro is a very comfortable home, capable of accommodating up to 4 guests. The house, covering an area of approximately 60 m², is spread across 2 levels:

- On the upper floor, you'll find the main entrance with a lovely balcony overlooking the sea, a living room with a double sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, and a TV corner.
- The basement level includes the double bedroom and a full bathroom with a shower and washing machine.
- The house also features a small outdoor area at the back, which includes a drying rack and a very convenient outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the sea.

Other amenities in the house include air conditioning, available both in the living area and the sleeping area.

Although the house does not have reserved parking, free street parking is available nearby.

For additional services (shopping centers, pharmacies, fishmongers, tobacconists, etc.), you can easily reach the town, just 3 km away (Corsano or Gagliano del Capo).

Additionally, there are a variety of activities available in Marina di Novaglie: from canoe rentals to boat excursions exploring the beautiful caves, as well as guided scuba diving to discover the crystal-clear seabed. A scenic walk along the beautiful Sentiero delle Cipolliane, which offers stunning sea views, is just 300 meters from the house.
