"The host is the best!! I was tired after a long day but the host was super helpful in all my questions and responded right away. There was parking for 10 euros which was great for us. The room was spacious and very cute. We also appreciated the espresso machine and the breakfast that came with it. Would definitely stay here again."

"We found this place on the road after out itinerary changed. Pierolucca could not have been a warmer or more welcoming host. He was lovely. The rooms were basic but clean. 400 meters from the beach. Breakfast was wonderful if you have a sweet tooth and like homemade baked goods"

"We enjoyed eight nights at this beautiful, quiet property away from crowds, yet lots of places to explore nearby, with a car. The owner and staff were very welcoming, kind. Breakfast on private patio of room each morning and beautifully decorated, spotless room. Pool amazing and still open in October although cool. "

"A fabulous place to stay. Beautiful grounds and a first class restaurant on the property. A great one or two night getaway on the coast if you are staying in Rome for the week. "

"We only stayed one night but I would say there is work to be done on the property given the price they charge. Breakfast was a coffee and a croissant and should be advertised as such. Staff is very friendly but the property is just not up to standards to charge that much. The view is lovely though."

"Hemos tenido que pagar por el aire acondicionado( nos pidió primeramente y por mail una cantidad y luego al llegar vimos otra. fuimos a dar una vuelta y dejamos el aire puesto para que refrescara la habitación ; al volver el aire estaba apagado ,lo mismo con el ventilador No hay ascensor y hay que subir dos pisos andando.la habitación era espaciosa pero muy anticuada con camas muy blandas. Las sábanas de la cama grande raspaban. El baño estaba fuera de la habitación y estabamuy viejo;la bomba...
