"The owner is so sweet! He called and checked on us as we were a bit late checking in. He even left us pastries!!! The cabin is very peaceful and I enjoyed coffee on the front porch. My husband and I brought my daughter and her husband for some family time before she has our first grandbaby and life gets hectic. We enjoyed playing games at the table and sitting on the porch talking. There is no internet, so no one was sitting on the phone!! Which is exactly what I wanted. Great and relaxing time had by all of us. "

The room is spotless, the appliances are brand new, and they have continental breakfast included in the room price. Best of all the breakfast includes waffles. "We were in town for a track meet and needed something cost efficient but clean. The property is older but has been remodeled with new floors and electronics. It was just what we needed for a quick two night stay, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and had enough breakfast restocked for my son regardless of what time breakfast ended. We were leary with it being on the highway and having a lot of guests, but everyone was respectful of noise and space and there were not any disturbances during prime time resting. "
