"About 10-minute ride on a bus to Kitanomine zone, not crowded, with 340 yen for round trip ticket which is offered by the hotel for guests. About 10-minute walk from the hotel to market places & restaurants. It is a quiet town. "

"If I could give this hotel 6 stars I would. This was one of my favourite hotels by far and we wish we stayed there longer. The room was clean and well stocked, the restaurant down stairs had friendly staff and delicious food. And the hotel was conveniently located, close to restaurants shops and the slope. "

"Room was quite hot with poor circulation and there was not way to cool it down, staff said AC didn’t work and windows wouldn’t open. Other than that nice property and very clean. "

"The unit itself was gorgeous! Location was perfect. Literally a 2 minute walk to the main base. Nice coffee shop in the lobby offering grab and go as well. The disappointing aspect was the service. It felt like we were in an Airbnb with no service. Often times you’d pass the front desk and it’d be completely empty. Upon checking in we were not told about parking, resort area, direction, amenities etc. it felt very rushed and do it your own kind of service. They didn’t respond to emails I sent prior to the stay sling for dinner recommendations and room inquiry. The only way to connect with the staff is through WhatsApp. Not a fan of the service and feel like it shouldn’t be advertised as a hotel. "
