"OMG---stunning! Host (Kurt) was super helpful. Before our arrival I reached out and Kurt quickly responded with answers to some questions about mooring a boat at the marina. Once we arrived, Kurt called me and walked me through the intricacies of the TV remote---saving me the effort of trying to figure it out. The place was immaculate, and all my family was very comfortable. The projector TV on the 3rd floor was a big hit when the NHL season kicked off while we were there. Who knew you'd need A/C in October in NH? But thankfully it worked perfectly--as did the heat once the front moved through. We were there at the tail end of the season, but we all used the pool and the hot tub. Access to Wiers Beach couldn't have been easier (very short walk), and just far enough away to be quiet. The picture on the VRBO website tell the tale---beautiful place with gorgeous views, close to all the things you want to do in the area."

"We had an amazing stay! The home is a little older and the upstairs stairs are definitely steep, but beyond that it was perfection. The giant sunroom and deck overlooking the lake were absolutely incredible—we spent so much time there soaking up the views. Having access to the Akwa Marina club was such a fun bonus, and the location couldn’t have been better. It was an easy walk downtown to enjoy the arcade, bars, restaurants, and more. We’d come back in a heartbeat! Owner/manager was great to work with, as well - quick to respond and very helpful when we asked for some recommendations on renting a boat. "

"Clean and quiet. This property was just as shown in the listing. Beds were comfortable and decently sized. 5 minutes from Weirs Beach, 10-15 to plenty of restaurants and the Pavillion concert venue. Will absolutely book again! Thank you!"
