"Our room was awesome. Staff were helpful, friendly and polite. Only feedback would be the breakfast in the hotel. The ready made fried eggs in the pot were cold and taste awful. Pau was cold too. One staff handling the fruit juice and waffles section made the service really slow. Food was not promptly refilled. Nonetheless, staff in the restaurant were friendly and courteous. Would highly recommend this hotel as it is near shopping and MTR. "
"Close to train station for MongKoK east station - good for direct access to Admiralty however need to walk to Prince Edward or Mong Kok for better access to the main areas of Kowloon. The surrounding areas outside the mall is good for strolling to see flowers, fishes and birds with some local shopping. Hotel itself is clean - good size - good security and no complaints about service - highly recommended "
"Room was clean and spacious Hotel location is near the Tsing Yi Airport express station and they had free shuttle bus but schedules had been limited or reduced to specific time. There is not much outside of the hotel as it is like infront of a hi-way. Need to go over a walk bridge to get to a restbar if you get hungry past t midnight. They have vending machines for drinking water and snack item. Odd that they dont have complimentary drinking water in the room. Buffet breakfast was good but limited chd choices. Overball nice hotel if you need a place to relax or go to nearby places and not too far the airport."
