"The only complexity was obtaining all of the details of the stay. They sent a link to a Google Drive with 6 PDF files detailing getting to the place and opening the door. I had to call to ask them to send the link after I emailed a full copy of my passport. They have some laundry facilities (a washer, no drier) but you must provide your own detergent. I only stayed one night, so had no time. Definitely could accommodate 4 travelers; I was there by myself. The interior was great."

Since bedrooms were on the top floor and bathroom/living room were on the middle floor, I was a bit worried about the narrow stairwell for my dad. "The standard rooms are small but equipped with everything you need. The bathroom has great amenities. Breakfast has a very varied menu, something for all tastes. Travelling solo the standard room was fine. For a couple, especially if you have a lot of luggage, consider spending a bit more and upgrade to a superior for much more space. Highly recommend this hotel."
