"No complaints, just some suggestions. The kitchen was missing a few standard items like a can opener and a pizza cutter. The more the house has the less stuff I have to bring from home. But everything else was awesome, the hot tub really came in handy during the cold weather."

"The house was clean, and had a cute Beachy vibe. It was decorated very modern, and had plenty of space. I’m walking distance to the Fulton Pier and many of the local restaurants. The Port Aransas Pass Ferry was a short drive, which made getting to Port Aransas Beach an easy commute. I recommend taking the Ferry instead of driving. We did both! We visited both The Fulton Irish Pub and the Boiling Pot, and the food was excellent. Great place to stay!"

"This home is massive! There is room for everyone and then some! The kitchen is top notch. The property manager was responsive. It was hot when we arrived so my only critique is that the place should be at a comfortable temperature for guest arrivals. It did cool down once we lowered the AC's. I definitely would stay here again."

"This property is just as pictured and worked great for our group. The location is close to town and you can easily take the golf cart to the beach or town. And it had 2 parking spots plus room for the golf cart. Owners were super easy to work with and would definitely recommend this property."
