Enjoyed sauna and swimming pool, temperature of water was perfect for kids. Food was delicious and kids enjoyed ice cream in evenings. We took half board but with soup option 15 to 17 I would call it full board. Another advantage is kids space.

This property exceeded all my expectations. Wonderful accommodations. Wonderful staff. Half board option was well worth the extra price. Included Stubai card allowed us to enjoy all the transportation and attractions that the Stubai Valley has to offer.

We loved the hotel. Personnel were amazing, friendly, professional and made our stay very comfortable. The breakfast and daily dinners with half board were excellent and served by very professional and hard working servers. We extended our stay because it was such an enjoyable experience. The local Stubai card was a very useful and welcome addition as it provided access to transportation, cable cars, the tram and swimming plus more. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice family hotel in the beautifull small village in the mountain region. Smaller wellness area, but enough for the guests count. Kitchen and the food was delicious - recommending the Half-board

Beautiful alpine hotel
Welcoming and friendly staff throughout. Always helpful -even called mobiles to check we were ok when late for dinner. Food varied and excellent - presentation and quality on half board was superb. Facilities excellent bar, swimming pool and sauna. Very impressed with the whole start. Parking easy and free. Room in keeping with Austrian style - not the most opulent but clean, well furnished and basics there. No air conditioning in room and bed a little uncomfortable.

A relaxing and fun family weekend
This is the second time my young children and I have enjoyed a stay at this hotel. The staff, as always, is friendly and accommodating. Beautiful location with uninterrupted views of the mountains. The breakfast and dinner selections are plentiful and delicious. This hotel is very clean and has many amenities. Our hotel stay also included the Stubai Pass which can be used for the cable car rides, water park, train/bus connections, and other excursions in the area. The pool is very serene and warm. The indoor play area is huge, and a great place for the kids to burn off some reserve energy before dinner. We will gladly stay at this hotel again in the very near future.

amazing location and absolutely beautiful hotel
We loved out stay at Sport Hotel Cristall, the location was breathtaking and the hotel itself was so clean and had everything you needed and more. The food was so good and so was the service. Everyone we came in contact with was so nice and welcoming. The view was amazing and the hotel was the cleanest we have ever seen. We would stay here again in a heart beat, we loved every minute of that place!

Loved this hotel, very pet friendly too!
I really enjoyed my stay at the Sporthotel Cristall. Here's why: The hotel is beautiful, charming, spacious, and clean. Located only about 30 minutes from Stubai Glacier on a hill with an incredible view of the Alps. The city of Fulpmes where the hotel is located is walkable with plenty of dining/shopping options. The service was outstanding- everyone on the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They knew my name and it was a very personal experience. I was not just a room number. Very pet friendly- I brought 2 medium size dogs with me and had plenty of space in the room. There is a huge field to take them potty just a few minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel even called me the day before we checked in to speak to me about doggie beds for my pets and ensure they were comfortable too. Food in the restaurant was amazing!! I purchased the half board option so dinner was included. Every night was different and the service was wonderful. The spa area and pool is very clean and nice.

Great Hotel.......highly recommend
Wonderful hotel would definitely recommend. We were part of a party of 7. 4 adults 3 children. The Hotel catered for all our needs. The staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Food beautiful with lots of choice. The spa area and swimming pool was immaculate however getting a massage was difficult so would recommend booking in advance if required. Located 5 mins from the bottom of a great piste. The Hotel ran mini bus transits to local piste every 10 mins morning and night.

Das Hotel hat eine angenehme Größe, ist sehr urig und gemütlich vom Interieur, nicht das modernste, aber es passt alles. Das Familienzimmer war toll, ausreichend Platz für alle mit separatem Kinderzimmer. Für die Kinder gibt es einen tollen Spielbereich indoor und sie sind sehr willkommen. Der Service ist gut und das gesamte Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr nettes Hotel in einer schönen Lage. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und in einem ordentlichen Zustand. Die Balkone sind groß genug für zwei Personen. Von dort aus hatten wir einen schönen Blick Richtung Elfer / Neustift/ Gletscher. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Der Bustransfer zum Schlick2000 hat hervorragend funktioniert. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service. Der Wellness Bereich sowie das Schwimmbad sind ebenfalls geräumig und bieten genügend Platz. Besonders die langen Öffnungszeiten sind hier sehr gut. In Fulpmes gibt es sämtliche Möglichkeiten zum Shoppen. Der Ortskern ist sehr gemütlich. Es sind gerade einmal 200 m zu Fuß vom Hotel in den Ort. Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in ihrem Hotel. Die Tage am Gletscher sowie in der Schlick waren einfach toll.

Quattro stelle immeritatamente. Sono stato al Cristall un paio d’anni fa e memore di quella bella esperienza sono tornato. Delusione. Cena a buffet e non più a la carte!! Cibo mediocre, pochissima scelta. Non tornerò e mi spiace molto. Sauna tenuta a mezza temperatura (forse per risparmiare) piscina in pessime condizioni. Insomma nulla a che vedere con la precedente gestione.

Wir haben von Dez 19 bis Anfang Januar 2020 über Silvester einen Familienurlaub im Cristall verbracht. Lage: Die Lage mitten im Stubaital mit Anbindung an sämtliche Skigebiete wie Schlick2000(am Ort ) mit eigenem Hotelshuttle oder beispielsweise Stubai Gletscher ist top. Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, gute Busverbindung, Schwimmbad, Freizeitzentrum etc. Vom Hotel aus hat man einen schönen Ausblick Richtung Gletscher sowie Serleskette. Ausstattung: Wir empfanden das Hotel als gut ausgestattet, Lobby, Bar, Restaurant, Zimmer sind im ländlichen Stil gehalten, viel Holzapplikationen was es auf Anhieb gemütlich erscheinen lässt. Es gibt einen Aufzug/ Tiefgarage, Wellnessbereich, Swimmingpool, Sauna, Kinderspielhalle uvm. Unser Galeriezimmer hatte einen Balkon und Dachfenster mit Blick auf die Serleskette. Morgens beim Aufwachen ein echter Hingucker. Es war absolut sauber, das Bad modern gehalten. Die Zimmerausstattung war angemessen.Schränke, genügend Stauraum, Safe usw. waren vorhanden. Wir hatten mit unserm 1-jährigen genug Platz. Personal: Wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Das Personal war jederzeit bemüht den Wünschen gerecht zu werden. Wir wurden zuvorkommend behandelt und hatten den Eindruck, dass der Gast hier wirklich noch König ist. Selbst der Geschäftsführer ist mit an der „Front“ und es war schön zu sehen wie sehr man hier willkommen war. Gastro: Hier gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Die Küche macht einen hervorragenden Job. Fazit: Gerne wieder, weiter so

Preis-Leistung war für uns i.O., aber insgesamt hat uns das Hotel nicht überzeugt. Das Abendessen war von wechselnder Qualität - von "sehr lecker" bis "schmeckt mir nicht", aber das ist liegt natürlich auch am individuellen Geschmack, der vielleicht nur bei uns nicht getroffen wurde. Das Gemüse war oft kalt/ lauwarm. Vieles darf man sich am Buffet selbst holen, z.B. Salat und beide Vorspeisen oder auch mal die Nachspeise. Das ist nicht unbedingt schlecht, nur bei Kaiserschmarrn leidet der Geschmack in einem Wärmebehälter erheblich im Vergleich zu frisch zubereitet. Die Dampfsauna funktionierte drei Tage nicht (wir waren vier dort), die anderen Saunen waren aber i.O. Das Schwimmbad haben wir nicht genutzt. Der Naturteich draußen ist nicht zum Baden gedacht, aber man kann dort liegen. Entfernung zur nächsten Bushaltestelle (besonders im Winter wichtig): 500 Meter / am Kirchplatz. Das Frühstück war gut, Sonntag gab es Lachs und Prosecco. M.E. merkt man, dass es kein Inhabergeführtes Hotel ist, nach unserem Empfinden fehlt das "Herzblut", nichtsdestotrotz ist das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.
