NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be cancelled. Cops will be called, and legal actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property! Outside furniture, and decorations are not allowed.



Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies.



Exterior security cameras monitoring in place "front of the house, facing the driveway," so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.

Perfect location and home for a large group trip to Disneyland. Quick, easy access to the parks and enough rooms for everyone to have plenty of space in their own rooms

A wonderful celebration

We had a great stay to celebrate our friend turning 70. It was clean, comfortable and open enough for us to have our times together and large enough for us to have our own space as needed.

No comfortable place to sit in this house :(

The property is in a great neighborhood, very quiet. The home is very nice and the bedrooms are fine. BUT, the living room has the most uncomfortable sofa and chairs we have ever sat on. They are all very hard, low backs and need a good cleaning. The two white chairs are dirty and the couch could use a cleaning too. It was uncomfortable sitting on them knowing how dirty they were. Not what we were expecting. We stayed here for 10 days and we were extremely disappointed that we couldn't even relax in the living room. Also, one day we looked out the window and there were people in our yard dropping off furniture in the garage. Nobody told us that would be happening and it was unnerving to look out the window and see two people in the yard of the house we were renting. The people were very kind but not knowing they were coming was unacceptable. If this unit had comfortable furniture that was clean it would be a great place to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Even the outdoor furniture was very uncomfortable. We felt it was overpriced for the quality and cleanliness of the furniture.

DO NOT STAY HERE

This was one of the most oddest and harrowing rental experience I have ever had. That is not an over statement. Not only is Marbella (the managing company of the property) absolutely intrusive and unprofessional (they asked for me to photocopy my credit card and send to them after I had already paid, the house has been shoddly remodeled and many problems arise due to that. All the bed frames were broken. Only one bathroom was functional. One of the showers flooded. The refridgerator was filthy as well as all of the kitchen supplies are dirty. They gave a party of 7 people one towel per person. Zero bathroom rugs for safety.There was someone in the property when we arrived who took pictures of us and blocked the driveway and refutrefused to let us enter. There are cameras EVERYWHERE despite this not being stated on the listing. The garage (which is not accessile by guest but you can see through the windows) is so full of "stuff" that is is surely a fire hazard. There is no reason to put yourself through the headache of this place. Do not book.

Not worth the price

The location left something to be desired. The furniture in the living room was very uncomfortable. For a home that had 4 bedrooms, I don't understand why they would not have had a better setup to accommodate a family in the main living space? The chairs could not even accommodate adults and the couch was the size of a love seat. Not sure if this was ikea furniture or what... But it was a room that was barely used.. And it was the only room that had a TV. But an even bigger concern, was the way that my issues weren't handled. When I reached out to inform the property Management company that there was a sewer smell in the front bathroom as well as the front bedroom, Along with a clogged sink in the other bathroom... I was told to get a can of airspay from under the sink... Which wasn't there by the way... To spray to make the smell go away and to grab a plunger And use it in the bathroom as well as the kitchen sink..which I didn't mention. So this must have been a known problem. There was flea and tick items in the front bathroom cabinet... Which was a red flag as well. My daughter did leave there with multiple bite marks on her legs. I would definitely not recommend this place and would never stay there again. It was definitely not worth the money. Well overpriced and they charged an excessive amount for cleanup or hosting fees... When I didn't receive any good connection with the host and the place was dirty and smelly when we got there. 4 thumbs down 👎 from each of us.
