For the amount paid, I was pretty disappointed. It was a bad location to have as our base in Tsuruga and it was very dated. The amenities all needed payment if you wanted to use them, even the gym! The staff were all kind. I think there are better options for a stay in Tsuruga.

駐車場も広く建物も古そうではあるけれども、綺麗でお部屋も広く使いやすかったです。1つ気になったのはお風呂用のバスタオルや小さめのタオルはあるけれど、洗面所にトイレなどを使用したときのためのタオルがなかったのが残念です。大浴場が使えなくなってしまっていたのはちょっと悲しかったな。私が泊まった部屋はスーペリアツインだったのかなね。バリアフリーナタイプのお部屋で普通のバス。トイレのほかに車椅子などでも使えるバストイレが別についていてすごいお部屋でした。

見た目が古いだけで綺麗な館内ですからそこらへんは何も問題なし。 まちの中心部から徒歩だと20分程度。 すぐ近くに飲食店がたくさんあるとは言い難いので、それをどうとるかは事情によるかな。 大浴場はかつてはあったみたいだが今はありません。

4人部屋に宿泊させていただきました。少し時代を感じますが館内はルンバが走り回っており綺麗に掃除されていました。 客室も広く高級感のある綺麗なお部屋でした。お食事は地元の特産品を使った様々なお料理でとても美味しく、楽しませていただきました。スタッフの方々も丁寧に対応いただきとても満足です！ 客室のお風呂もトイレと別で広々としていて綺麗でしたが、現在大浴場が閉鎖中との事でそこは少し残念でした。 地下1階にはジム、カラオケルーム、コミックルームと様々ありましたが同じく地下1階にある閉鎖中の大浴場の影響でしょうか、フロア全体がかなりカビ臭く感じましたのでそこは少しマイナス。総合的には綺麗な館内、丁寧なスタッフさん、美味しいお食事と沢山の設備でとても満足させていただきました。ありがとうございました！

よかった点 ・ダイナソー部屋に子供達は大喜びでした 部屋はユニットバスでトイレと浴槽がシャワーカーテンで仕切るタイプです。 シャワーカーテンは赤カビが生えていたので シャワーカーテンも定期的に交換して欲しいです。 チェックインもチェックアウトもiPadでするので手軽です。 その分チェックアウトしても カウンターに人がいるにも関わらずなんの挨拶も無しです。朝食もお腹いっぱい食べれましたが、おもてなしというよりかは、淡々とという感じです。

部屋が広かったのは良かった。大浴場が使えないことを受け付け時にも教えてくれない。サービス業界的にあり得ないことかと。使えないなら使えないなりに近くのお風呂屋さんと提携して安く使ってもらうとかすれば良いのに。施設の中のカラオケの料金も高く設定されてて残念なことがたくさんありすぎた。
