予約時に２部屋の空きがあったので南側の棟が取れたかなと思っていたのですが、生憎北側の眺望の無い棟でした。 予約の埋まり具合から、予約時にはどちらの棟になるかは決められないのかもしれませんが、眺望が全く違うので予約時にどちらの棟なのか明らかにするようにして欲しいです。料金が同一なので現地で北側である事がわかると、非常に残念な気持ちになります。 改善をお願いしたいです。

大満足の山梨旅行！

ラルゴに家族9人で宿泊しました。 お部屋にあるハンモックや五右衛門風呂が 嬉しかったみたいで子供達は大喜び！ カプセルベットはなかなか快適で一人ひとりコンセントも使えて良かったです。 食器、調理器具、カトラリー、ラップにアルミホイルなども揃っていて、ある程度のお料理には困らないと思います。9人で利用のため お手洗いが２つあるのも助かりました。 近くにスーパーやコンビニもあるので食材もお酒なども現地で調達出来ました！ 一人暮らしサイズの小さい冷蔵庫がありますが、クーラーボーを持参するといいです。 河口湖、富士急ハイランドにも近くて移動も楽です。 また、機会がありましたらこちらを利用したいです。

コンテナハウスではあるものの断熱もしっかりしていて快適だった。テラスも屋根がついておりプライバシーも守られる間取りである。

とても広くて清潔でマイカーなら立地も良くて本当に快適でした。今回泊まった部屋からは富士山が良く見えましたが、入口寄りの部屋はちょっと難しいでしょうね。どちらの部屋になるかは要確認だと思います。

あまり知られていない施設のようでしたが、立地もよく、雰囲気も良い！楽しい時間を過ごせました。ありがとうございました！ もっと人気が出て欲しいのでいくつか改善するとなお良くなると思う点を勝手ながら挙げさせていただきますと、、、 ・外のダイニングテーブルがだいぶ汚れていたので、拭いて欲しいです ・外履き用のスリッパを何足か置いて欲しい ・食器干す用の水切りかごの設置 ご検討ください！
