"Superb stay in extremely comfortable B&B. Exceptional welcome and local advice with directions. Perfect for overnight stop en route N or S ,a pity really to write that, as out of winter it would be great with family, as they have a large garden , garden room with self cooking facilities. Also top class restaurants in pretty villages, a short drive away( but not walk).

Next time, I would definitely request a room at the front of the hotel, as the parking and unloading area at the back gets noisy very first thing with deliveries and bin lorries and we were woken up both days.
