Amazing view from apartment
Apartment perfect for our stay. Views stunning and directly onto the beach. Apartment has all you can need. Check in process and communication from host brilliant throughout. Shame the pool was under maintainance but we were told before we arrived and it didnt detract from our holiday or stay. We loved the short walk to the main strip either on the sea front or up the road. Would definately stay here again. 😃

We absolutely loved are 4 week stay here the apartment in our opinion has one of the best views in corralejo. We enjoyed having our breakfast on the sunny terrace watching all the activities on the beach pilates, surfing, yoga. It is in an excellent location with a nice 20 minute walk along the beach to the centre of corralejo. The apartment has everything that you would need and more for your stay .it was spotlessly clean and any problems that you may encounter will swiftly be solved by the local contact Jessica . It is next to a lively bar which we thoroughly enjoyed listening to the live music and as it closes at 10pm late night noise was never an issue. Highly recommended yannicks apartment and we hope to return soon.

Great location
Disappointed that the day before we fly out we we’re informed that the pool was “out of action”, upon arrival the appearance of the pool and surrounding area would suggest that it had been out of action for some time. In major need of refurbishment as are the few sunbeds surrounding the pool area, most of which were broken. However, we were compensated for the pool being out of action. The apartment itself is in an amazing location, right on the beach and next to the best venue in town for live music (Sunset Lounge). The photos of the apartment need updating as the balcony overlooking Sunset Lounge was not as expected. It has been closed in and surrounded by large glass panels with 2 loungers and a table/4 chairs. It is no longer the comfortable cushioned space as shown in the pictures. It also gets very little sun (very early morning and that’s all). The smaller front balcony catches the sun for a very short time late afternoon. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could possibly need (and more). The wi-fi wasn’t fast and buffered quite a bit during our stay. The holder for the shower head was broken which meant we could only use the rainfall shower. Overall, great location but the apartment is starting to look tired and could be done with some TLC and the photos need updating of the balcony area. I would also seek clarification on the pool.

Thank you Duncan for your review Regarding the swimming pool, you were informed as soon as we noticed the maintenance work when we cleaned the flat. We very recently changed the railings on the terrace. The installation of a new, higher, all-glass railing gives a better view and better protection against the wind. The amount of sunshine depends entirely on the time of year.

Brilliant little apartment in an amazing location. The pictures really dont do justice to how the view are in person. Apartment was well equipt, spacious enough for us three adults. Communication with Yannick and Jessica was great, no messing for check in and check out. We had an early flight coming in and a late flight going home, both of which were accomodated. My only one issue, which let me state doesnt detract from me giving 5 stars overall was the lack of sun loungers round the pool area. There was a handful of old ones to use that were not in great condition. Not a problem if you love the beach though as it was right on thw doorstep. Wouldnt stop me from staying again! Would definitely recommend this accommodation, very much enjoyed our stay 😁

This apartment is in an exceptional location, right on the seafront and within walking diatance of the town centre and the beautiful sand dunes, a supermarket is just across the road which is very convenient. The apartment has everything you need for a home from home experience. Excellent kitchen facilities, 2 balconies, the use of beach chairs and umbrellas and the communal pool and gardens are very well kept. Communication from the owner is exceptional. I can highly recommend this apartment. This is the second visit and we will definitely book again.

Missing the Views already
Great location on Popcorn Beach, fantastic views, apartment best suited to 2 persons, great communication from owner/agent, easy check in, enjoyed the morning sun on one balcony and afternoon sun on the other all with those amazing views, apartment well equipped, some aspects of place could do with a little tlc, bed and sofa very comfortable, 10 minute walk along the shore to town, 20 mins the other way walk to Dunes, Supermarket 2 min walk, bar restaurant 2 min walk and immediately adjacent the Sunset Lounge music bar with live music in the afternoon and evening dj, closes at very latest 10pm, would definitely return great value for money.

Fabulous location in a home from home apartment.
Really enjoyed our stay in this apartment as there was everything you need to self cater. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The bar next door is a bonus and it gets some really good and varied acts on (Wednesday through to Sunday) it is very popular so if you want a seat, get in before 5pm. There is a well stocked supermarket just across the road ie. turn left as you go out of the gate, then first right. The owner Yannick is very helpful and had no objections when we requested a late checkout. Jessica, his agent on the Island also responded very quickly regarding a small problem. Overall the apartment is brilliant. The full sun is on the very nicely furnished patio until mid afternoon when it then shines on the balcony,

Absolute Gem of a Place
This place really is a find, it was spotlessly clean, very well decorated, comfy beds and everything you could need for a stay in Corralejo. We had a slight issue, but the owner and his went way above and beyond to resolve it. As for the location, I doubt there is anywhere in Corralejo with better views, absolutely stunning. Its a short walk into town, 10 mins maximum. Its next to a bar called Sunset Lounge, in fact you overlook it from one of the balconies. It has live music on from 6-8pm most nights, you get the best seats in the house. Dont worry though, its not noisy, and the bar closes at about 10pm so it wont disturb your sleep I will be back over and over again, its made almost as much of an impression as Corralejo did the first time I went I am struggling for a negative but the only way I could see an improvement to the apartment would be air conditioning. There were two large fans, but they just circulate the warm air Wonderful plave and the owner is great

Stunning beachfront apartment in perfect location above small beach. Beautifully furnished and comfortable. Two balcony areas one with hammock. We really enjoyed having our breakfast on the balcony with seating area looking at the sea. Yannick owner and Jessica were always extremely helpful and would reply immediately to any queries. The master bedroom is incredible with views of the sea on three sides. The restaurants were a short walk along the beach. The apartment was perfect and made our holiday really special. Tolle Unterkunft
Wir hatten zwei wundervolle Wochen. Die Ferienwohnung ist hell, sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Und was für ein Ausblick! Von beiden Balkonen, die je nach Bedarf mal Schatten oder Sonne spenden, sieht man den Hafen, Lanzarote, Lobos und vieles mehr. Allein das war Urlaub pur. Yannick und seine Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort sind sehr freundlich und bemüht. So findet man zum Einzug eine Flasche Wasser und eine kleine Tüte mit frischem Lappen, Schwamm, Geschirrspülmittel und Tabs für die Waschmaschine vor. Auch die Kommunikation war freundlich und hilfreich. Die Küche ist im Vergleich zu anderen Ferienwohnungen gut ausgestattet. Wir haben mehrfach gekocht und alles gefunden, was wir brauchten. Und dass es in dem kleinen SuperDino ums Eck morgens frisches Baguette und Brötchen gab, haben wir sehr zu schätzen gewusst. Den Pool haben wir wenige Male genutzt. Dort ist es recht windig - und das Meer liegt ja direkt vor der Haustür. :) Er wird jeden Tag gereinigt und ist sehr gepflegt. Uns war aus den vorherigen Bewertungen klar, dass es jeden Abend von 17 bis 19 Uhr nebenan Livemusik gibt. Danach kommt ein DJ, der bis ca. 21.30 / 22 Uhr auflegt. Aber dann ist Ruhe. Uns hat das (bis auf ein oder zwei Abende) sehr gefallen, aber Musik ist ja letztlich immer Geschmackssache. Und wer in dieser Zeit zum Abendessen unterwegs ist, wird davon ohnehin nicht viel mitbekommen. Letztlich ist alles genauso wie auf den Fotos und im Text beschrieben.

Bellissimo appartamento
Sulla spiaggia, con vista su Corralejo, fantastica posizione. L’unica cosa da dire è che la camera ha un po’ di spifferi e se c’è vento e freddo si sente, ma tutto è ripagato dalla vista. L’appartamento è pulitissimo, attrezzato di tutto. Chi lo gestisce sempre a disposizione anche per cambiare la lampadine. Veramente consigliato.

Great location, nice view
Almost nothing to complain about. The view is great on both the balcony and the terrace. Kitchen was a bit of a struggle; no dishwasher and a very bad oven. Both bedrooms are very cozy and the beds are comfy. The bathroom sometimes randomly began to smell horrible for some reason.

Good evening Johannes, Thank you for staying in our flat. As far as the kitchen is concerned, there is no dishwasher indicated in the description of the equipment as there is simply no room for one. As for the traditional oven, it is true that it is old and we are planning to change it. Otherwise the microwave works perfectly. Concerning the bad smells, we have had them ourselves once and the cause is unknown. We are sorry if this has caused you any inconvenience.

Un emplacement idéal et un environnement très agréable. L’océan et la plage au pied de l’immeuble. Appartement agréable pour 2 couples, une terrasse ensoleillée permettant d’y déjeuner et une autre plus petite pour apprécier la vue. La musique du bar attenant peut parfois être un peu assourdissante et la piscine n’est pas utilisable. Quelques détails d’entretien, de soins et d’aménagement rendraient l’appartement de bien à très bien.

De ensueño
Sin palabras. El alojamiento nos dejó así, al llegar. El lugar es adecuado para 4 personas. Si bien es cierto que no hay una mesa acorde para almorzar todos a la vez, compensa claramente con el resto. Camas comodísimas, habitaciones espaciosas, armarios de sobra, WC limpísimo y renovado, cocina amplia y con vistas, salón muy iluminado y lo mejor, 2 balcones increíbles con unas vistas de lujo. La piscina muy cómoda, con salida al mar. Y para colmo, tienes casi todos los días música del chiringuito de debajo, que te anima hasta las 22.30 h. La ubicación un 10, sin problemas para aparcar y con un paseo marítimo por la costa que te llevará a la zona de ambiente en un momento. Que más se puede decir....Gracias Jannick y Jessica por todo

Supergute Lage am Joga-Strand
Wunderschönes Appartement mit zwei Balkonen je nach Bedarf zum Chillen oder Frühstücken. Die Bar nebenan mit Live-Musik ist ideal für einen Sundowner, da sie bereits um 22:30 Uhr schließt, ist die Wohnung ruhig genug zum Schlafen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Direkt am Meer TOP ... aber Abends nervt die Strandbar
Lage: Mehr geht nicht! Strand, Wellen Blick auf Corralejo - alles direkt vor der Haustür. Ausstattung: Die Wohnung ist wirklich komplett ! Sogar Verlängerungskabel und USB Anschlüsse sind vorhanden 😊 Handtücher sind im Haus mehr als genug. Es fehlt also an nichts 👍 Einiges ist älter und könnte ersetzt werden, aber das ist eine Sache des Betrachters Fernseher(42“) läuft mit Netflix und Chromcast – letzteres ist wenn man es nicht kennt gewöhnungsbedürftig. Einchecken: Jessica sendet alle Infos die Du benötigst und bei Fragen bekommst Du umgehend Hilfe – Die Perle des Vermieters 😊 Nachbaranlagen: Eine Strandbar ist direkt unterhalb der Terrasse und macht fast täglich Livemusik und jeden Tag Disco 😡 Ich habe über eine Woche jeden Tag an die 100 dB gemessen ?!?! Deshalb war für uns die Terrasse am Abend nicht zu nutzen. Junge Menschen mögen vielleicht jeden Tag Techno – Wir nicht. Deshalb waren wir froh, das dieser Urlaub endlich zu Ende war 😡 Schade, denn die Wohnung hat das nicht verdient – und die Mieter auch nicht !

Absolut Top-Lage
Die Lage ist absolut Top. Traumblick auf´s Meer. Schöner Pool und auch um den pool herum alles sehr gepflegt. Apartment war sehr sauber und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man brauch und auch von der Größe ideal. In wenigen Gehminuten ist man im Zentrum wo man Essen, shoppen usw. kann. Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen :-)

Grandiose Wohnung, die man nur ungern verlässt.
Die Wohnung hat einen atemberaubenden Blick dank zwei wundervoller dachterassen. Blick auf Meer und Strand. Abends hat man regelmäßig Live Musik dank der nachgesehenes Sunset Bar. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt
Die Einrichtung, die Sauberkeit, die Lage mit dem wunderschönen Meerblick - alles perfekt. So wie man sich Ferien wünscht. Die Wohnung ist sehr grosszügig und hell und mit vielen liebevollen Details eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation verlief perfekt und wir erhielten sehr rasch (innert Minuten) Antwort auf unseren zwei Fragen. Wunderschönes Apartment in perfekter Lage
wir haben herrliche 18 Tage dort verbracht und können es nur jedem weiter empfehlen. Das Apartment ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, ausreichend Platz für 3-4 Personen. Man kann wirklich von jedem Fenster aus das Meer sehen, selbst beim Kochen hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick. Jessica und Yannick waren direkt zu erreichen, falls es ein Problem gab. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und von den anderen Urlaubern hat man so gut wie nichts mitbekommen. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen.

Wir verbrachten 14 wunderbare Tage in dem Apartment und können uns der 1. Bewertung komplett anschließen. Auch nochmal vielen Dank an Yannick für die Vorabinformationen und an Jessica für die Betreuung vor Ort. Wir kommen gerne wieder !
