Beautiful apartment in a great location. All the amenities required for a very comfortable long stay.
Just needs a little tlc and a few small diy jobs done to maintain the beautiful apartment and outside area.

Everything. The apartment was spotless & had more than what we needed. Perfect location, bright & airy. Spacious, contemporary.
The curtains in the bedroom too small, so let light in, also utility door needs curtain or blind to block light.

Super clean, fresh and bright apartment with a beautiful view.
The location was just perfect. Close to Fuengirola centre and the lovely streets in los Boliches. Close to train and bus services, Mercadona on your doorstep. Super clean and fresh apartment with great balcony and sea view. Would definitely be back. Efficient and friendly service from Sol Rentals as usual.
Stayed here for 4 weeks and honestly can't think of anything that needed improvement. Except if you could put in a lift in the building for when I come back. only joking, need to get fit, that's all.

Excellent location!
The apartment was clean and we were able to make it our home during our stay. The kitchen was very well equipped and we were able to use all utensils in the kitchen to cook a couple of meals.
The location was brilliant!
When we opened the door to the apartment the smell of smoke hit us straight away. We are non smokers so it was annoying to us. However we opened all the windows and after a couple of days we smelt the smoke less.

I stayed at this apartment for 6 months and I absolutely enjoyed my time there! The owners were so sweet and offered personal service if I had any troubles. When I arrived everything was very clean and the view was stunning:)
Better isolation around front windows (living room), since it doesnt really hold the water back during greater downfalls. Also, try to make sure that builders wont be working as long as three months straight causing a lot of noise and stress.

Just perfect
Spent five nights in this apartment,it's just perfect, beautiful decor, great quality overall.
Spotless clean,gets the sun from early morning until after lunch,great location if you want to be close to the action,and the beach.On the third floor not lift as stated in description,if you have issues with steps maybe not the best choice.
I have no hesitation in recmonding this property for a couple.
Again stress free dealing with the crew at SOL Rentals, very professional and helpful,they set the industry standard.

Nothing it's perfect.
Cons:- Very modern property, had everything there. Terrific view of the ocean from the balcony! Also It was like we were sat in the royal box when the Hotel Angela had entertainment on the terrace.
Pros:- No lift to the property so a lot of steps to climb to the appartment. Heavy work when carrying suitcases. The balcony and the building itself needs renovation. The plaster has come away from the building and was falling to the street below! The local Police were called to tape it off due to being dangerous.
Would we stay here again? Most definitely.
Leiligheten var meget bra, velutstyrt og alt fungerte bra. Gode senger. Positivt at det også var parkering, noe ikke annonsen sa. Vi anbefaler gjerne til andre.
P.S. Ytterdør på gateplan burde kunne åpnes innenfra manuelt, dette i tilfelle brann eller hastig evakuering, ved strømbrudd ol.
