"The hotel was clean and individual air conditioning a very quiet area. The room was about small but we were not there often except to sleep. There is no AC but a fan was provided. Located by a bus stop. Plan on walking up hill a bit to get to the train station from the hotel"

"Very good location, at least for our room for 4 adults. Suitable for family. The price is a little bit expensive but it is to be expected of Switzerland. The communication is a little bit hard as there is no reveeption, but aside from that everything is perfect"

"Great location in Spiez. It’s about a 7 min walk from the train station. This is a small hotel with basic rooms. I would recommend staying in a lake view room. The “comfort” room I stayed in faced the street which can be loud. Fortunately, the windows really help block the outside noise. This hotel does not have AC so I wouldn’t recommend staying here during the warm weather months. The terrace has a great view of the lake and it was nice to have breakfast there. FYI, there’s a shared small fridge in the hallway."

"No Staff all vitual. property is too old with no upfrades. no phone charging option if you don't have converter. no close by food options. Parking is available with additional cost. Towels provided were old."

"It was a very relaxed atmosphere, the staff were kind and respectful to English speaking guests, all guests. The property is beautiful by the lake. It was quiet and relaxing. We loved it!!"
