  • Come enjoy the Colorado Fun House without doing any chores before leaving!!! We take care of everything for you.

    This beautiful new home has all kinds of extras to make sure that you have a great and FUN trip!!
    The epic game room is climate controlled so you can enjoy it all the time. Equipped with a pool table, ping-pong, pop-a-shot basketball, foosball, darts, and a Golden Tee arcade!!

    Bring your bicycles and enjoy the lockable shed with a built in bike rack.

    Enjoy the 22' covered patio.

    The space
    Welcome to beautiful Fruita, Colorado! This new construction house is in a great location with a trail to town and a playground in the neighborhood. Enjoy the outdoors on the lovely porch swing and in the covered patio in the back yard.

    Our house sleeps 8 people, with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 3 twin beds and 1 futon bed.
    WiFi is easy access and the tvs are smart tvs. There is a dvd and blue ray player also a gaming console.

    The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and includes a supply of paper towels as well as dish detergent and cleaning supplies.

    The large patio is fully covered and has dining for 6 plus seating around the fire table.

    The bathrooms are stocked with plenty of towels and a starter supply of toilet paper and tissues.

Great house! It was very clean, comfortable, and perfect for families. We had a wonderful stay and felt right at home. I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in the area. Highly recommend!
