Enjoy the convenience of in home laundry with a brand new washer & dryer (no fees associated- free to use, laundry soap provided), This home has WIFI and smart televisions for easy entertainment. Each living space has individualized temperature control to create the perfect atmosphere for each guest. Relax in the bathtub or shower in the 2 bathrooms available. Conveniently located just two blocks of Fruita's new Mulberry Plaza, you have access to local eateries, shops, and downtown events all within walking distance. This property was curated to fit needs of visitors, guests of local families, and even temporary employees. Close to all of the local Fruita experiences, you will enjoy a stay at Mulberry Cove.
