"Poor quality hotel, the room floor was very dirty, not enough food for the breakfast"

"Liked our lake view room with its own private entrance and having the car parked next to it. The room was missing water for the coffee. Not sure if that was just a miss by the cleaning staff or just not provided in the stay."

"Never stay in this hotel. If you do you need to be very careful. Instead of enjoying you are contently worried about being charged. The charge me extra for dirtying the towel which could have been easily washed. House keeping had bad attitude. For just requesting a cleaning service, I was shouted at. They said I damaged one towel and charged me for replacement but did not handover the damaged towel. Management is very unresponsive. I filled a complain with Hilton and filling one with BBB. Do not stay in this hotel. Not worth paying $250 per night. Better option are available."

"The hotel was very clean, quiet, and our room was spacious and also very clean. Beds were comfortable, good pillows. Check in was excellent, Ashley gave us information on dining options for dinner, and also activities around Prescott. I would highly recommend this hotel."
