Secluded and peaceful townhome w/ hot tub and amazing views of Lake Dillon
- This is the perfect retreat for a large group with 3 beds + Den , 3.5 baths and sleeping accommodations for 10, so everyone can enjoy their privacy in this secluded mountain retreat. Enjoy the best of both worlds in a home nestled in the mountains that backs up directly to the lake, and only a few steps from the paved Summit Recreational Pathway. The weather is perfect all year round: in the winter for skiing and snow sports, and in the summer for boating, hiking, and biking. From this ideal hub you won't be far from any of it. Take in the breathtaking views from the large decks (one off the main living room, and one off the master bedroom) and enjoy a soak in the hot tub.
If you are coming in the Winter or Summer this is the Perfect location for your mountain get away.

2nd Bedroom : Queen Bed
3rd Bedroom: Twin over Full Bunk bed
Downstairs Living Room Area: Queen Sofa Sleeper , Twin Day bed with another Twin Trundle Underneath.
Everyone's welcome with this much room! You can cook for an army in this large fully equipped kitchen. After dinner, enjoy a movie on the living room's flat screen or turn it off and relax in the company of good friends by the fire.
When it's time for bed, there are e plenty of sleeping options with one king, one queen, two twins and a twin trundle plus extra space on the queen sofa sleeper.
