Pet Friendly!!! 3 Bedroom condo in a 4 bedroom that locks off. King bed in Master, Queen in second bedroom, Queen plus Twin Bunk in the Third bedroom and an additional Queen sized sofa sleeper in the living area. Other amenities are gas fireplace, private laundry, 1 car garage, common grilling area and common exercise room. Building has a great clubhouse with indoor and outdoor hot tubs, indoor/outdoor pool, sauna and game room. Owners purchased this property in Sep25 and are planning upgrades to the property to be completed by Dec25. Property is on the short term rental waitlist with the Town of Frisco so it can only be rented for 30 day or longer terms at this time.
