1 BR + Loft, 2 BA Condo – Pool, Hot Tub Access – On Bike Path!

Located at the heart of Summit County, Frisco is a great choice in the winter (drive or bus to all of Summit County’s great ski areas) and summer (hiking, biking, Lake Dillon and more). And guests at Mountainside Trailview Condo have full access to the Mountainside Club House’s indoor swimming pool, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, racquetball court and outdoor tennis court. You and your group will love this place!

This lovely 1-bedroom + Loft, 2-bathroom condo is the perfect getaway for families and groups of up to six people. The living room is a cozy gathering place for everyone in your group to enjoy the flat-screen above the corner gas fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen has a dining table with room for four, and there is room for two more at the breakfast bar. Stepping outside onto the deck, you’ll find great mountain views and a gas grill for a nice BBQ after your mountain adventures.

Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect. We walked to main st Frisco for dinner. Short drive to Breck, and Abasin. The condo had more kitchen appliances than listed which was great. Ooo and a Walmart is near by for groceries. The best part was that there is a trail system right out the door of the condo! Was perfect for us!

Frisco Trip

Liked the location and the view from the deck. However, the refrigerated made an aggregating noise when the compressor kicked in and several times woke us up during sleep. Also, the dishwasher leaked. We also bought febreeze as it just smelled old in there.
