The hot tub is open daily from 8AM to 11PM (The timer for the jets is outside the hot tub room in the entryway). Pool towels are located in the living room next to the couch. FIREPLACEFireplace is wood burning; fire wood can be bought at most gas stations, Safeway and Walmart. Caution: Do NOT use liquid fire starters/fluids, as they are fire hazards. *Important*- make sure the flue is open.SKI STORAGE:Is located on the wall next to the front door or on the top floor private deck. TV & STREAMINGThe living room and master TVs both offers Xfinity cable. If you log into Amazon, Netflix, or other streaming services, please log out before checking out. WASHER & DRYER Stackable washer and dryer is located in the bunk room closet, with detergent provided above it or under the kitchen sink.THERMOSTATS This home has six thermostats one in each room including bathrooms, that control baseboard heaters. Do not place clothing on heaters, as this is a fire hazard. When checking out, set thermostat to 60 degrees. COOL AIRThere is NO air conditioning in this home. Open the windows to create a cross breeze of cool mountain air. There is a portable fan in each bedroom. FUTON SLEEPER LINENSLocated in the bunk room closest. Please leave used linens on futon at checkout.TALKING TRASHYou are provided with trash bags under the kitchen sink. When the kitchen trash is full, please take the bagged trash to the dumpster at the east end of the parking lot. EMERGENCIESThere is a FIRE EXTINGUISHER and FIRST AID KIT under the kitchen sink. LIGHT BULBS & BATTERIES Extra batteries are in the kitchen cabinet above the fridge.
