Lake Forest Shoreview Condo is a beautiful ground-level 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that’s a fantastic choice for families and groups up to six. The living area boasts lots of natural light from large windows looking out to the lake and surrounding mountains. There’s plenty of seating to enjoy the view, as well as the large flat-screen TV, Roku, and gas fireplace. Just off the living area, there’s a large porch for relaxing outside.

The chef in your group will enjoy the full kitchen with everything needed to whip up great high-country meals, and there’s a dining table that seats four and room for two more at the counter.

Other amenities include 1 private garage space and 1 outdoor space for a total of 2 parking spaces, a washer and dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The property was even nicer than the pictures portrayed. It was a very nice view of the lake and use of the garage was very nice on cold and icy mornings. I would defiantly rent again if I had the chance.

Week long ski trip

This property was perfect for a week ski trip in the mountains. Had all the amenities we could ask for to make our stay enjoyable. Hot tub was a short walk away and there were multiple hot tubs so never had to share with another group. Had a very nice patio with an amazing view. Property is very close to grocery store, gas stations and restaurants. Would definately visit again.

Nice place to stay at Frisco

Cozy and perfect sized condo for my family. Beautiful view of Dillon Lake and surrounding mountains right from your living and bedrooms. Beds were comfortable, and Kitchen had everything that we required.Enjoyed the stay thoroughly. However, only complaint is eventhough the unit number reads a 101, but it's not on the ground entry level, rather you have to take 2 flights of stairs down, which was pain with our heavy bags. But I would love to stay here again.

Lake Forest condo on Lake Dillon

The view from this condo is the best we've had in our 25 years of renting for our annual ski trip. This condo is spacious, w/ 2 queen beds in the guest room which was awesome for our 2 daughters. The condo also has alot of storage - including roomy dressers in the bedrooms and plenty of closet space, pantry in the kitchen, etc. We also loved the hot tubs. There were some cons: the pillows are HARD and need to be replaced, the garage door stopped working the night before we left, the shower in the master bathroom needs an update (old bathtub faucet/shower head, tile needs a good cleaning, more towel racks, etc.), the kitchen needs more lighting and more silverware, the washer knob is tricky and hard to turn. We did contact the mgmt company re: the pillows and garage door and got a quick response, however, no one ever showed up to fix either problem. Given all of that, I'm not sure we would rent this specific condo again.
