Gorgeous 3 Bed/3 Bath Frisco Home!
- Gather your family & friends & enjoy this large updated home in a great location! Close to restaurants, entertainment, skiing, hiking, biking, Frisco Marina, and grocery. You'll enjoy a private hot tub, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 decks, & a game room!
The home has been recently renovated & it is equipped
with Keurig coffee, fireplace, ping pong, & paddleboard.
3 parking spots are available in the summer, and snow-dependent 2 in the winter (no covered parking).
This is a dog friendly property, please NO CATS.
PLEASE NOTE that there is no snow removal for the two private decks or backyard. The two decks will have snow and ice during winter months, please use at your own discretion. Shovels are provided for guest use.
