Make your ultimate mountain getaway with this spacious 4-bedroom, amenity-filled home. A private hot tub an in-property laundry facilities means there�s no need to leave to relax or get prepared for the days to come. The spectacular kitchen offers all stainless-steel appliances and a gas range sure to satisfy anyone looking to make home-cooked meals. There�s also a gas grill on the back deck for even more cooking options. Plenty of sleeping and lounging space for up to 10 with a King bed in the first two bedrooms and a Queen bed and Twin sofa sleeper in each of the other two bedrooms. The private 2-car garage and shared driveway provide ample parking space for up to 4 vehicles (RVs and Trailers are forbidden by the HOA and will need to be parked elsewhere). The spacious living area means everyone has a seat even with a full house while the radiant in-floor heating and gas fireplace makes the whole house cozy even on the coldest nights. Cable and Wi-Fi are included with enough speed for entertainment or remote work for everyone. Located in The Reserve at Frisco, this home provides a great option for those wanting something more private and away from the noise and crowds of Main Street while still only being a short distance away from the shops and restaurants.

Christmas in the Mountains

The house was perfect size for our family and my sister’s family. We loved how close the town of Frisco was and proximity to the ski slopes at Copper Mountain. The house was beautiful in a great neighborhood and had everything we needed and more! I would highly recommend staying here!

Perfection!

Check in/out was simple. Property management was quick with communication. House was exactly as described, honestly probably even better than what we expected. Very clean and stocked with everything ya need. 15 minutes to all the major mountains. We'll definitely look to stay here again next year, thanks!

Wonderful place.

The home was clean spacious. Great location near the everything. Only issue we had was that it's a bit close to the interstate and can hear the traffic when the windows are open. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.

Lots of room, great hot tub

We enjoyed the large well-equipped kitchen and the private hot tub. There was plenty of room for 6 adults. Convenient to ski areas. Definitely would stay there again.
