This charming 1-bedroom + loft, 1-bathroom retreat sleeps up to four guests and sits directly on Main Street—steps from local cafés, boutiques, and some of Summit County’s best dining. With mountain views, vaulted ceilings, and an unbeatable downtown location, it’s the perfect spot for couples or small groups looking to enjoy everything the Rockies have to offer in every season.

From this location, you can walk to everything downtown Frisco has to offer, including trailheads, the Marina, and the Summit County Rec Path. In winter, you’re a quick drive to world-class resorts like Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Keystone, and Vail. Whether you’re here for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, Fifth & Main Condo puts you right in the heart of it all.

Inside, the top-floor condo feels bright and open, with floor-to-ceiling windows and a cozy gas fireplace creating a warm mountain ambiance. Relax in the inviting living area, take in the view from the small private patio overlooking Main Street, or gather around the dining table for a meal after a day of adventure. The full kitchen is compact yet well-equipped, featuring stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and everything you’ll need to prepare a hearty breakfast or casual dinner.

The sleeping arrangements are ideal for comfort and convenience. The main-level bedroom offers a plush king bed and smart TV, while the upstairs loft includes a full bed and a dedicated desk/workstation—perfect for guests balancing mountain play with remote work. Please note that the condo includes one covered, assigned parking space, which cannot accommodate large or oversized vehicles.

And every Summit Mountain Rentals property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything during your stay.
