Located in Frisco on the shores of Lake Dillon, The Pointe Townhomes are in a quiet residential setting close to the Summit County Rec Path. The property includes a one car garage with extra parking out front.

At over 1300 square feet, this condo is a nice place to relax after a hard day of skiing or climbing the local mountains and spacious enough for everyone to spread out. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms with a Queen bed in the master, Queen bed in the second bedroom and an additional Queen sofa sleeper in the living area.

Other features include a fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, private laundry facilities and in-unit WIFI. Spacious, comfortable, convenient

Quiet and easy to get to, close to essentials in town but had nice views of trees and mountains making it seem like a mountain getaway. Well stocked with everything needed. Beds very comfortable. Does have 3 levels so if you have issues with stairs that is a consideration. The extra bathrooms and privacy from 3 floors is a plus. Would definitely stay again.
