"The entire stay was in the midst of a great rain storm but the stay was absolutely lovely. The rooms were comfortable, the environment was very pet and family friendly. My only complaint if I had one was the necessity for the floors to be swept before our stay. There were sand bits on the floor, from what i assume was brought in from the hosts or the last guests. Beyond that, we enjoyed the spacious yet comfy stay. Thank you to Ryan for staying in good contact with me. "

The hosts were quick to respond and the house was close to the beach and shops. We would highly consider staying here again for our yearly vacation down to OBX! "

The cottage was a wonderful place to stay with lots of room for a family of five, superb kitchen, great decks, and ideal location. Owner couldn't have been nicer or easy to communicate with. "

"The only downside to this home was the late check in/early check out. Given its size, the home is not eligible for alternative times. Otherwise, the home was immaculate. Great location. The small, sound side beach was perfect for small children, kayaks, fishing. Would definitely recommend."

"View of the ocean and the sound of the waves was wonderful! Beautiful sunrise view and sunset over the sound. The house was perfect size for us! Location to the beach was ideal. Very comfortable home. Love all the decks and the relaxation in the hot tub. The house being friendly was a bonus! "
