Oceanfront 4-bedroom House on Lovely Fripp Island

Location, location, location! This Oceanfront house is just steps from the beach. Only one property away from beach access #13. Great views from all the rooms and the outside decks. The serene setting overlooks the dunes and ocean. You can hear the waves and the rustle of the palms. The outdoor decks are perfect for outdoor dining or enjoying a cup of coffee or a cocktail.

This awesome 4-bedroom, 3,400 square foot house offers a tremendous experience for guests. Enjoy the newly renovated kitchen with a 10 foot center island, two sinks, double ovens, and new appliances.

There is plenty of space to enjoy your time together with two large great rooms and a Carolina room equipped with AC!

Lots of room for everyone to sleep with 1 king bed, 2 twin beds, and 2 queen beds.

The house comes with a 6 passenger ClubCar golf cart to explore the island.

Amenities include WiFi, a washer/dryer, outdoor grill, and AC.

Please note there are NO FRIPP ISLAND AMENITY CARDS at this time.
Guests without amenity cards can use Spring Tide Market at the front of the island and Marina Deli. Spring Tide Market has a large menu including sandwiches, salads and family BBQ meals. Also available are snacks, beer/wine, essentials, beach/pool toys and apparel. Marina Deli offers salads and sandwiches. The Fripp Ship and Salt and Sea Mercantile are great places to shop for souvenirs, apparel, home decor and fun keepsakes. Island Excursion Rentals is available for kayak, SUP, bike and boat rentals/excursions. There are also an abundance of local companies available offering rental services that will deliver to you.

Pets must be pre-approved. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $200.
