The Space:

Located on the famous Davis Love Drive, this home is located on the south side of Fripp, just a short golf cart ride away from the Ocean Marina and Store, Bonito Boathouse, and Cabana Club. This property will comfortably accommodate 8.



Step inside to an open living concept featuring a spacious great room, dining area, and a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances. This cottage is designed for relaxation and entertaining, with a large screened-in porch offering additional seating. The grill and outdoor seating area are perfect for enjoying island evenings overlooking the golf course.



The first level includes two bedrooms, each furnished with a queen and a full bed, private en-suite baths, and direct access to a shared deck. One guest bathroom has a tub-shower combo, and the laundry room, while the other has a step-in shower. Upstairs, the king suite offers the ultimate escape with an en-suite bath, a step-in shower, and double sinks. Take in the view from your private balcony overlooking Davis Love Drive.



A unique feature of this home is the convenient parking for 4 in the front and the main entry porch on the back, facing the golf course. Other features include full-size kitchen appliances, stocked housewares and utensils, a Keurig and a drip coffee machine, a crockpot, and a gas and charcoal grill in the sitting area. There are 4 TVs in the property, one in each bedroom and one in the living room, with high-speed wireless internet that lets you access your favorite streaming apps.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
