Da die Ferienwohnungen in einer Seitenstraße liegt, ist nur wenig Durchgangsverkehr und somit recht ruhig. Auch der hauseigene Parkplatz bietet einen positiven Aspekt. Cons: Die Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss und ist nur über zwei lange und sehr steile Treppen zu erreichrn, dies ist für mobilitätseingeschränkte oder ältere Menschen fast unmöglich.
