"Good breakkfast in the rate. The manager changed my room to give me a bathtub which I greatly appreciated. I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past five years. "

HELIOPARK Bad Hotel zum Hirsch
10/10 Excellent
"Best hotel I have stayed in during my trip to Germany. Spacious room with a great balcony overlooking the street, a full size bath, and complimentary breakfast. Staff were always available and very professional. Excellent location near the major baths, hiking and stores. I enjoyed sipping wine on the balcony in the evening and listening to the pleasant bustle of the area."
"I love the convenience of the hotel. Everything is within walking distance. The staff was very accommodating even when we showed up early. The private corridors to the spas from the hotel are very nice and easy to traverse.
The only thing that was lacking was sufficient curtains. My junior suite room did not have blackout curtains. "
"Well located hotel with all the services you need for a comfortable stay.
The breakfast was excellent with lots of options
10 minutes by bus to the railway station "
"The Belle Epoque is a very good hotel very close to the Lichtentaler Allee, the Gönneranlagen rose garden (note, this is not the Rosenneuheiten garden), the Brenner Parkhotel and the town museum, and not far from the Kurhaus, town centre and Friedrichsbad and Caracalla baths. The rooms are very attractive and the service is excellent. There is a very pretty garden, and one can have breakfast on the terrace as well as in the beautiful dining room. Although not an old hotel, I concluded that the Belle Epoque was probably closer in feel to a period hotel than the actual old hotels I visited or saw from the outside. Excellent."

"Gorgeous hotel, the design is cohesive throughout, lovely art, comfortable and beautiful at the same time. So many thoughtful touches everywhere you look. Well located, staff is super friendly and professional at the same time. The spa is wonderful, drinks in the lobby bar perfection. Towels were huge and soft. Robes super soft and comfy. Ok the only thing I can fault is the pillow cases were not soft..oddly scratchy but that’s really sounding spoiled now isn’t it?"
" There is something quite lovable about this old lady of a hotel, as it is called. The location is the best in town, and there’s something about it old style elegance that made us very very happy. Although it was only about 25% occupied while we were there in early August, everything in the property was kept perfectly clean and accessible. It looks wonderful from the outside, and the room was large and roomy, and just fine. It is not a place for people who want all the high-tech gizmos and the large televisions for those of us who like the old world style, This is a lovely place. "
