This home was very clean and convenient for exploring Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Parks. The beds were all very comfortable. We liked the beds being on the main floor where it was cooler.

The location is great for exploring the national park and the river. The surrounding area however lacks a lot. There is a small market with very little to choose from so bring in your own food from outside the area. There are a couple of small restaurants with outrageous prices and food that is below standard.

Great place for a family stay to explore the National Parks. The location is in a lovely residential neighborhood, but the town itself is small and remote. Recommend getting your groceries and essentials before you check-in. In winter, a 4 wheel drive vehicle would be essential. Well stocked kitchen, lovely deck, comfy beds.

Great Stay!

This was a wonderful stay. The home was spacious, really clean, and it appears it had some upgrades. The views from the outdoor patio are amazing. Also, the home is located very close from Sequoia NP. My family definitely enjoyed this home.

Cozy cabin

The cabin felt just like home, we spent 3 days in there and it was great. Excellent location with a nice view of the nature plus there was no external disturbance whatsoever, just peace and quiet. Would come again. !!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely fantastic rental with everything you could want and more!

We had a fantastic stay here! Our only regret is that we spent so much time in Sequoia/Kings Canyon that we couldn't enjoy more of the house. We had 5 adults - my husband and our parents. Everyone was able to sleep very well on the excellent beds. The kitchen is fully stocked with all sorts of things you might want including every appliance you could want. There was an air fryer, a waffle maker, etc. WIFI was super fast, and the property is super convenient to Sequoia. Just know that if you get motion sick that the road getting to the house and the road going into Sequoia are tough on weak stomachs, so take appropriate precautions. Osbaldo was so responsive, even late at night when I never expected he would respond. He was kind enough to work with us to check-in early so we wouldn't have to carry food into the park (b/c of bears). He was so kind to leave lots of toiletries and even a bottle of wine for our arrival. The little touches really do mean a lot! We can't recommend this property more highly. If we're ever back in the area, we will 100% book with them again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic house rental with my family, which included four adults and two children. First and foremost, the house had everything we needed and more. It was spacious enough to accommodate all of us comfortably, with plenty of bedrooms and common areas for everyone to relax and spend time together. The furnishings created a warm and inviting atmosphere. What truly stood out was the attention to detail and thoughtfulness of the host. From the moment we made the reservation, the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. They promptly answered all our questions and provided us with all the necessary information to ensure a smooth check-in process. Throughout our stay, the host continued to impress us with their attentiveness. They were readily available whenever we needed assistance or had inquiries, ensuring that our needs were met promptly. Their quick replies made us feel valued and well taken care of. Moreover, the house was equipped with everything we could have possibly needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary appliances, utensils, and cookware, allowing us to prepare our meals easily. The bedrooms were comfortable and provided a restful night's sleep. The bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, with an ample supply of towels and toiletries.

Wonderful Nature Getaway

We enjoyed our stay here! We were traveling with our 3 kids ages 1-5 and wanted to stay somewhere near the entrance of Sequoia and this place worked out perfectly. The balcony was a wonderful spot to just sit and take in nature and watch the birds and other wildlife. The place was clean and well stocked. We had a few issues with internet and tv but they were quickly resolved when we contacted Osbaldo. We would stay here again!

Amazing and Absolutely Beautiful!!

This property is gorgeous! It has an amazing view from the balcony, a smart tv in almost every bedroom, and everything you and your family will need. It is in a quiet and safe area that is only about 20 minutes from Sequoia National Park. Definitely recommend for families! We will definitely be coming back for our next trip to Three Rivers!
