The room was fairly clean, but we got no cleaning service the next day and had to ask to have the bathroom cleaned. That never happened. All that was done was that they just dropped off new towels in the main area. They never even went in the bathroom to pick up the used towels. The daytime staff was very friendly and helpful when asked, but when we checked in on Friday, 9-11 at 5 pm, the staff was more interested in chatting with each other than being helpful. No information about anything was given, even had to ask how to get to our room!!
