"Really disappointing. The lobby looks nice, but it ends there. We reserved a 1 bedroom suite for our family of six (1 king, 2 queens). The first room they assigned us had a door that was jammed so bad we couldn’t even get into the room. They reassigned us to a different room, that had a similar problem but by ramming the door hard we could get it open. The room was filthy - a thick coat of dust on the blinds, someone’s old food and socks under the bed, stains and rips on the carpet. There were two mini fridges, neither had a working freezer for our ice packs and both were only semi-cool. The bed was so hard I kept waking up with my arm numb and tingling. The outdoor pool area is pretty, but again not clean. Trash all around. The pool is not heated and was ice cold. We asked for pool towels and they only had 2. We were told they would bring us 4 more, but never did. We had to go asking again. The breakfast was meh: a pan of scrambled eggs was the only protein option, the a couple pastries, toast, stale cereal, and a waffle maker. You have to turn in a ticket to get breakfast and eat it all in the dimly lit, Irish-themed pub/restaurant attached to the hotel lobby. It smelled so awful in there, like some kind of industrial cleaner, that it was hard to eat."

"Nice space and a comfortable stay for the most part. I did see a spider and a small flying insect in one bedroom and a roach in a drawer (seen right before checking out) in other room. The lighting in the kitchen, dining area and living room was not good. "

"We have been staying here for over 50 years. I would give you a 100% rating except for the following: Front desk staff is under powered. They can't change room # selection once selected by someone else. You didn't read my instructions with reservation about room placement. Every time I stay here there is no hot water in the Eastbrook rooms from 7 AM to 10 AM. No one cares - No one does anything to upgrade your water heating system. We requested room 162-164 which may get a trickle of hot water. You assigned us 178, furthest from your boilers. Secondly, GET YOUR MAINTENANCE GUYS TO ADJUST THE ROOM DOOR CLOSERS. Every door in the Eastbrook block slams shut with a bang. The bus-people groups that you check in at 11 PM take great pride in repeatedly allow the doors to slam while dragging in their luggage. Then at 7 AM check out they do it again. We have over 3000 nights in hotels. The aforementioned issues are what will ruin your repeat clientele business. If these issues are not corrected on my next stay, in October, I will seek other future accommodations. I have 135,000 points in my Hilton Honors acct for free rooms. Frank Gurko 3/15/26"

"Gym was good/clean. I chose this facility because we needed the pool/hot tub for medical reasons. Pool /hot tub was green not even open.. Even when we asked for "pool towels" up at front desk..employee gave us towels but did not mention pool was not even open. So we were under the impression pool was available until we actually went out there prepared. Dissapointed."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The building is old and somewhat rundown. There are some nice amenities including ice water, snacks for purchase and a bar/restaurant. My kids enjoyed using the indoor pool and hot tub. There was a car race going on at the park next door. The cars were still racing at 10:30 on Friday night. It was loud from the race and hard to fall asleep. "
