We had a great stay at this property. It was very clean and had all the comforts of home. Communication from the property manager was great. I always got prompt responses from my questions. I would stay there again.

Great location, house, pool and communication!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The management was very attentive to our needs and ensured everything was taken care of and went smoothly. The house smelled clean and was immaculate upon check in. The pool was the bonus that made the hot Fresno temperatures easy to deal with. Plenty of room and the house had all the needed neccesities for a perfect experience.

Yosemite, Kings Canyon, and Sequoia National Park Trip

Enjoyed this property but did find two used bandaids by the pool area. There was also beer tabs and other small trash around the pool area. The A/C air return is very dirty with dust hanging off of it. The location was great and near all sorts of food The communication wasn’t great as it was after check in and we had to reach out to them for check in instructions Would stay again but details need to be looked after.

Very clean, but doesnt “sleep 10”

The house is very clean, good size, cute quiet neighborhood & was a perfect location for my family and I. The only 2 issues I had was that on the website it says it sleeps 10, which in my opinion is not true. There are 3 queen beds, a couch pull out & an air mattress. Personally I do not think the air mattress should count as a bed. The other issue I have is that we decided to make smores our last night and there was enough propane for not even 5 minutes of a flame. The check in & out process was very easy and the hosts seemed very nice.

Overall positve

Several things did not work / garage door opener, coffee pot, gas fire pit. I was most concerned when we had not received check in instructions the morning of check in. Property management company wanted us to get fill propane tank, buy batteries, etc. No wine glasses or small glasses.
