"A/C was not working when I checked in and repair person was gone for the day. No other rooms were available. No discount, refund or other accommodations were offered. Neighborhood is not very safe. If I were a woman I would feel very uncomfortable walking around there at night."

Plumbers visited to look at the problem but they did absolutely nothing. And the Marbella Lane ignored my complaint afterward. Stay away from any rental properties this company manages. "
