Only issue I had was I had no TV remote in my room. everything else was great. nice place and room. staff was great and the pool was great.

I ended up staying here because I wasn't able to make a reservation at one of the other, larger hotels in the area. The room was a nice size, very comfortable, staff was friendly, there was plenty free parking, and free breakfast.

This is a very nice property. The room was clean, quiet, & comfortable. Our only complaint was the girl who checked us in was not friendly or welcoming. We felt like we were inconveniencing her. However the guy in the morning was more friendly.

Front desk was a little bit rude at check in. Other than that, our weekend was quiet. Little to zero interruptions.

Very clean, updated, modern bathrooms and sanitary. Will come back again as opposed to paying 2 - 3 times that at a higher end resort in the area.

Rates were much better than French Lick/West Baden. Decent breakfast. Quiet and comfortable. No bath towels in the room and were given pool towels (not ok for bath). Coffee maker in room didn't work. Made cold, watery coffee.

Its a nice place. Staff is professional. Continental Breakfast is very good. On day 2, there was a issue with the door key cards, was taken care of promptly. The only negative was getting kicked off internet 1-2 times a day. You would have to go to the hotel website and enter the user name and password, annoying. Four stars, would stay again.

It was very quiet and safe, however there is nothing other than pizza to eat. If you want food, you will be traveling a distance other than the casino. It is a quiet place, clean, and very comfortable.... pricey for the area where it is so little to do

We arrived late for check-in due to the weather. All we wanted to do was rest, the beds were very comfy and just what we needed. The ice machine in our floor was out of order and our fridge was not cold. It was set at 3 and we turned up to 7, next morning it was cool but not cold enough to keep food or drinks cold. We checked out and the sidewalks and parking lot was very icy. There should be at least some salt out put down around vehicles and sidewalks to prevent a slip and fall. My kids loved the continental breakfast, we had to grab and go because we were running late for an event. Wish we got their earlier to spend some time in the pool. Thank you for the hospitality.

Noisy beautiful hotel.
The room was super clean, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was decent. My complaints. The front desk service was a little unfriendly and unapologetic about it. And the noise after 11pm, we could hardly sleep due to the noise we called the front desk. It seemed as if someone was right outside our door having a whole conversation. But it could had been the connected room and you could hear all the walking and bumping on the above us.
