Apartment "Cocooning" with Shared Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Located in Fréjus, this cozy studio with a single-level interior is ideal for a relaxing holiday. This accommodation, situated in a 6-storey building with an elevator, includes a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, and separate toilets, and can accommodate up to 4 people. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a television, air conditioning, and a washing machine. Bath towels are not provided.



You can enjoy the shared fenced pool, open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. in June, from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. in July and August, and from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. in September. Access to the pool is via 4 access cards available in the box at the entrance of the apartment, on the right when facing the bunk beds.



The beach is a 35-minute walk or a 6-minute drive away. A pharmacy and a supermarket are a 5-minute walk away, while the city center of Fréjus can be reached in 13 minutes on foot. The shopping center, train station, and a bus stop are also nearby.



A parking space is available on the property. Families with children are welcome. Guests must be at least 25 years old for check-in. Pets, smokers, e-cigarettes, and event celebrations are not allowed. Guidelines for waste sorting and additional information are provided on site. The accommodation features energy-saving lighting and a convenient check-in system.
