"Room was clean and comfortable. The (bath) water only went up to a certain temperature, which was fine, but would have been nice to have a hotter bath. Did not provide slippers or bath robe, which presumed standard at a Hilton, but perhaps not at the airport location. Staff were polite. Would recommend for any travellers stuck at the airport overnight, as it felt safe and is very conveniently located at the airport - 5 minute walk from the hotel to my check in desk"

"The hotel is nicely laid out. The lobby is open and inviting with loads of seating. The have a fitness room and you can get lite snacks in the lobby. The staff were friendly and professional. Our room was clean with all the amenities you would expect: nice bedding to shampoos to coffee maker and mini bar. Our room was a good size for two people and had a safe. The location is right across from the main station which is ideal for people using public transport. It is about a 10 - 15 minutes from the old town centre area. I would stay again! "

"You can tell this Hotel cares about their customers. Service was over the top. Perks are offered to lesson room cleaning that gives you opportunity to money off for breakfast or drinks in the bar. Staff is attentive and very accommodating- always a smile and willing to help. "

"We stayed years ago prior to renovation. Beautiful hotel, wonderful attention to detail preserving the old while totally updating. Staff was so accommodating that if asked a question they would provide not only directions but hours, etc. Best breakfast ever, eggs, sausages, various bread & rolls, sweets, cheeses, even English, and vegan offerings. Table service upscale with waiters for every whim. Room maintained spotless with complimentary bottles of water replaced everyday. Lovely bar area with roaring fire going and soft music in the background, available for both food & drinks."
